Confidential Callback™
Background
We all know how difficult it is for debtors to make that first call to a trustee. Callers have to explain to the receptionist why they are phoning. This is often embarrassing to the caller. We have all experienced people calling “on behalf of a friend” and even refusing to give their name over the telephone.
BankruptcyCanada.com has a solution to this problem; Confidential Callback™.
Presenting the service to the debtors
Here is how we will present this service to the debtor:
The offices marked with a will have a bankruptcy professional promptly phone you if you wish to discuss a possible bankruptcy or proposal. It's easy and confidential! Just click the button and enter your phone #.
A bankruptcy professional will call you, in confidence, to answer your questions.

How Confidential Callback™ works
When a debtor clicks on the
icon a small pop-up window allows him or her to enter their phone #. The debtor clicks on a button and an email goes to the trustee office. A trustee or administrator calls this potential new business caller. We think that the best person at the trustee office to receive this email might be the receptionist. The receptionist is not at meetings and will be able to receive this new business email immediately. The receptionist can then pass this on to the first available person so the call back can be made.
Please note that the Confidential Callback™ feature is truly "confidential". This means you cannot reply to the email you receive. The only way you can contact the person who sends you a Confidential Callback message is via the information that person provides you in the email.
