Earl SandsMy name is Earl Sands. I am a trustee in bankruptcy and the developer and person who operates the BankruptcyCanada.com site.

I first got involved in designing a website in 1995, when I designed a site for my own bankruptcy firm . The information provided was mainly for British Columbia. I sold my fim  in late 2001 to devote myself to other interests, including the BankruptcyCanada.com website.

I started BankruptcyCanada.com in 1999 to provide bankruptcy information for Canadians in all provinces and territories in Canada. The objective of the BankruptcyCanada.com website is to provide the person, thinking about declaring bankruptcy, the information he or she needs to make an informed decision.
