The Application Form has the following features
Application Form
- Email or take this to the trustee for the 1st. meeting.

  1. Can be printed and filled out by hand or saved to the user’s computer and filled out with the free Adobe Reader (Link is provide on the Application Form). 
  2.  It formats $ amounts with commas and decimals; e.g. 2,600.00; 
  3. It calculates totals; 
  4. It is savable with all the data that is input;  Especially good for remote new business files; 
  5. Doesn't require the user to have a printer (many debtors don't have printers); 
  6. Easy for the debtor to fill out as he doesn't have to add columns of figures; 
  7. Debtor can save the file and come back later to fill it out; 
  8. Remote Debtors can email the form which saves the hassle of faxing it (Most debtors don't have fax machines) or scanning and emailing it (Most debtors don't have scanners); 
  9. Data is easy to read making input of the data easier for the trustee office.

The Income and Expense form has the following features
Income & Expense Form - To be sent to the trustee each month.

  1. It has the same features as the Application Form;
  2. It has the added advantage that, because the form can be saved, will very much simplify and speed up the sending in of information subsequent to the first Income and Expense form sent in.
