My name is Earl Sands. I am a trusteee in bankruptcy. I founded my bankruptcy firm in 1990. When I sold my practice in late 2001, the firm had six offices and was handling the largest number of personal bankruptcies and proposals in British Columbia.

Since I sold my practice I have had time to contribute to the personal bankruptcy training course material that is studied by would-be trustees in bankruptcy. In 2005 I wrote a book on bankruptcy. The Bankruptcy Guide was published in November of 2005 by Self-Counsel Press. The Bankruptcy Guide was written for individuals and small business owners who want to determine the best way to get control of their debt. The book is available in Indigo, Chapters and other book stores across Canada as well as online.
